This explains what personal information is collected through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It's written to be read.

Who is responsible for your data

This site is run by Currahee Works Ltd, trading as We Are The Way Through. Company number 17507582, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Currahee Works Ltd is the data controller for everything described here.

For anything on this page, email [email protected].

What we collect

There are no accounts and no profiles. We don't ask for anything we don't need to send you what you asked for.

Why, and on what legal basis

Who else handles it

Only the services needed to run this. They handle your information on our instructions, or under their own terms where they are a controller in their own right:

Your information is never sold, rented or traded, and is not shared with advertisers.

Where it is held

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision — the standard safeguards the law provides.

How long we keep it

Email list details are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Sales records are kept for six years because HMRC requires it. Emails you send us are kept for as long as they're useful, then deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own: no advertising, no tracking pixels, no analytics profile of you. If you take the quiz, your browser keeps your result on your own device so you can reopen it at /pattern?r=1. It isn't sent to us, and clearing this site's data removes it. When a link carries a campaign label (such as ?via=…), we add one to a plain tally of how many arrivals that label brought. The tally holds a number and a date, nothing about you. The quiz counts starts and completions. Nothing follows you off this page. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, which are necessary for taking payment and preventing fraud. If we ever add analytics, this section changes first and a cookie notice will appear before anything non-essential is set.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. There's no charge. To be removed from the list, you can also reply to any email or use the unsubscribe link.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd like the chance to put it right first, but you don't have to come to us first.

Under 18

This work isn't intended for anyone under 18, and neither is the email list. If you believe a child's information has been collected, email us and we'll delete it.
