Terms

Last updated 21 October 2026

These are the terms you agree to when you buy from us or join the email list. Buying or subscribing means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Currahee Works Ltd, trading as We Are The Way Through. Company number 17507582, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact: [email protected].

What is being sold

A digital workbook, The Pattern Beneath, as a PDF for your personal use. Nothing physical is shipped. The price is shown in US dollars, and any sales tax that applies is added at checkout by Stripe.

You need a device that can open a PDF and a working email address.

Buying and delivery

Payment is taken by Stripe. The contract between us begins when your payment is confirmed.

Delivery is immediate: the confirmation page you land on after paying has your download, and Stripe emails you a receipt. The download link on that page works for 30 days. If anything goes wrong, email us and we'll send the workbook to you directly.

Your right to cancel

Ordinarily you have 14 days to cancel something bought online. For digital content that starts immediately, that right ends once the download begins. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right. That comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The refund described next is separate, and it still applies.

Refunds

If you read it and it isn't for you, reply to any email from me and I'll refund it. No questions, no form.

That is a promise we make over and above your legal rights. Separately, you are always entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the file is faulty, corrupted or not as described.

What you can and can't do with it

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the workbook for your own inner work. You can print it, write in it and keep it for as long as you like.

You can't resell it, share your download link, upload it anywhere, teach from it commercially, or pass it off as your own. The words, the framework and the name remain ours. Quoting a line or two with credit is welcome.

What this is, and isn't

The workbook is educational self-development material. It is not therapy, counselling or medical advice, and it is not a replacement for any of them. No therapeutic or clinical relationship is created by buying or using it.

The work asks you to look at difficult things, and that can bring up more than you expect. If you are in crisis, living with addiction, or under the care of a professional, work through it alongside them, or set it aside for now. Reaching for support is the strongest move available.

Results

We don't promise or guarantee any outcome. What you get from this depends on what you bring to it and on circumstances neither of us controls. Nothing here should be read as a promise of a particular result, financial or otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with the workbook is limited to the amount you paid for it, and doesn't extend to indirect or consequential loss.

Emails

Joining the list means you agree to receive emails about this work, each with an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. Checkout asks “Three short emails after this evening?” Choosing Yes adds you to our email list for them. Choosing No, or leaving it blank, gets you the workbook and a receipt, and nothing more. How we handle your details is in the privacy notice.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you buy.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your own courts.

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most things are settled in one message.
